are selling any other food items you must call the NRH Health Dept. (817-427-6650) to get a Temporary Food Establishment
Permit for September 20th.

Please keep in mind the following information concerning the show:
- The show is on September 20, 2008 from 9:00AM until 5:00PM. Set-up begins
at 6AM.
- Please have at least one adult sponsor there at all times. Do not let students
work unsupervised. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR SALES TO YOUR TABLE AREA ONLY!
- Please decorate a poster board with
your club name on it. Also, feel free to decorate your booth to make it look as nice as possible.
- All of the booster clubs and organizations will be in the hallway in front
of the library.
- The lighting in that hallway is very dim. Please bring extra lighting if
you feel you need it.
- If you requested electricity, please bring an extension cord and a power
strip.
